I have been working in private practice as a psychotherapist for over 25 years with individuals, couples and groups. I hold an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (BCPC), a Diploma in Transpersonal Couples Psychotherapy and Counselling (CCPE) and have completed trainings in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Embodied-Relational Therapy.
Under the umbrella of 'BodyMind Movement', I offer workshops which bring together embodied movement and a holistic body-mind therapeutic approach, as well as Dance of Awareness workshops.
