I am an experienced therapist who has been in practice since 1997. Originally training in Transactional Analysis I have continued to develop my practice by undergoing additional training which includes Relational Mindfulness, Embodied Relational Therapy and Wild Therapy.
I am also a qualified Alexander Technique teacher and have a strong interest in how our psychological issues impact our bodies.
I am a practising supervisor and have a Certificate in Supervision from Leeds Psychotherapy training Institute.
