Explore your roots, your ground, your stability, your flow, your vitality, your feeling-moving body.
I’m offering a space to bring yourself however you are, to move, sit, roll around on the floor, listen, connect
with yourself and others. The space is completely free style to ‘dance’ in your own way and no previous experience is needed.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your mobility – chairs will be available. Bring cushions and/or blankets to sit and lie on before, during, and after the movement. I will offer gentle guidance and suggestions as we go along – everything is optional.
There will be an eclectic mix of musical genres.
There will be an introductory warm up for about 20 mins, then the main session will follow for over an hour. At the end we’ll sit in a circle.
This is a ‘drop in’ sessions so just turn up.
No pre booking required. Suggested payment: £10 – waged, or £8 – low income or unwaged.
The space will be mostly non-verbal and strictly alcohol and substance free.
