About this event
Summer Solstice – Fire Element. What burns your soul with a passion that can’t be extinguished? How can we love ourselves with the same passion we love others? What does love really mean? How do we open our hearts to more love and more passion?
This is the 2nd in a series of 4 one-day workshops, which will take us through the seasons of the year. The others being:
Awakenings – Spring Equinox – 21st March: Letting It Go – Autumn Equinox – 19th September:
Bear Moon Dreaming – Winter Solstice – 19th December – in 2020.
Each of the 4 days can be taken separately if you wish to focus on one or more of the elements, or this can be a complete journey through the year by attending all 4 days.
We’ll be exploring connections with nature, movement/dance with music, stillness/meditation/shamanic journeying, artwork, paired experiential exercises, and sharing our experiences as a group.
No previous shamanic or dance/movement experience is needed. These workshops are appropriate for anyone wishing to deepen their connections with their own bodies (if you have physical symptoms or limitations these are also welcome), with nature, and with shamanic nature-based practices.
For each individual day: £75, or £65 for the early bird discount (1 calendar month before each start date)
All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable (unless the workshop is cancelled).
Price includes a simple vegetarian soup and bread lunch.
