About this event

A workshop for

psychotherapists, counsellors, trainers, and other relational workers

The workshop will be low on structure and high on following process – supporting that which is already starting to emerge, to happen more…

We’ll work from the basis that movement is already emergent, and that with some relaxed curious encouragement will happen more, and unfold into new and different possible ways of relating to body, self, and the world around.

We’ll use individual inquiry, work in pairs or/and triads, and whole group ‘theory chewing’ to try out new approaches and then integrate those experiences. My intention is to support you to discover something about how you relate to this way of being and work with it,

In this experiential workshop, we will explore how to:
-Notice what is happening in the movement channel – in our clients, in ourselves, and between us

Start to find your way to work with movement with your clients

The approach will be exploratory and supportive, both of impulses to move, and of impulses to not move. You do not need any prior experience of movement work
