This course is for practitioners leading groups which process emotional and relational material. It will also be useful to trainers and group facilitators in a variety of fields, some examples of these include: counselling, psychotherapy, homoeopathy, wilderness leadership, mindfulness, coaching, yoga, shamanic practice, osteopathy, massage, training for trainers.
You will need a level of awareness of your own emotional and relational processes, and a capacity to tolerate a wide range of group relational interactions.
The course will include:
- Creating the conditions – setting the conditions for a successful group
- Personal and group process work, facilitated by Stephen & Jayne
- Opportunities for course members to facilitate the group
- Supervision on your own group facilitation work
- Creative approaches to groupwork, including, for example; channel changing, bodywork, group sculpting, energy awareness, split group and individual work
- Working with polarisation, chaos, and conflict
- Speaking the unspeakable
- Developing your own facilitation style

The course will comprise 3 non-residential, 2 and 3 day weekend sessions.
Total Cost of £800
Some concessionary places are available, dependent on need and bookings.
Some accommodation is available by separate arrangement.
There will be a maximum of 12 trainees in the group.
