Spring Equinox – Air Element. What is awakening in you? What needs tender care and support to emerge? How do we awaken to something new? How do we breathe into the energy of waking up?

This is the 1st in a series of 4 one-day workshops, which will take us through the seasons of the year. The others being: Passionate Heart – Summer Solstice – 188h June: Letting It Go – Autumn Equinox – 17th September:
Bear Moon Dreaming – Winter Solstice – 17th December – in 2022.

Each of the 4 days can be taken separately if you wish to focus on one or more of the elements, or this can be a complete journey through the year by attending all 4 days.

We’ll be exploring connections with nature, movement/dance with music, stillness/meditation/shamanic journeying, artwork, paired experiential exercises, and sharing our experiences as a group.

No previous shamanic or dance/movement experience is needed. These workshops are appropriate for anyone wishing to deepen their connections with their own bodies (if you have physical symptoms or limitations these are also welcome), with nature, and with shamanic nature-based practices.

Cost:
For each individual day: £75, or £65 for the early bird discount (1 calendar month before each start date) For the series of 4 workshops: £240 or £220 for the early bird discount (before 19th February)

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable (unless the workshop is cancelled).
Price includes a simple vegetarian soup and bread lunch.
