I am a qualified and professionally registered Art Psychotherapist and Embodied Relational Therapist living & working in Yorkshire. My background in art therapy lent itself creatively to how I work with ERT. Both images and the body have a lot to say and my focus is to bring this communication together in sessions and see what wants to happen. Even if art materials aren't used and I work purely with ERT, I still find it helpful to describe feelings creatively; with colour, shape, sound, smell, taste. I work at your pace and always with warmth and empathy for where you are now.
