As the Winter draws in and the light fades away I’ll be gathering a small group for this 2 day non residential workshop. I will be offering shamanic practices, ritual, movement, drumming, singing, and nature connections to support us to relax, breathe and take space as the days shorten. Perhaps you are curious to find out what lies beneath the surface of your psyche and would like to get to know the underground places? I’ll be inviting you to share your dreams and fears – remembering how to dance with them. Making movements towards a healthier way of relating to the dark places inside and outside ourselves by exploring hibernation and nest making. We’ll connect with our inner animals for guidance and remember what our bodies need during the Winter months.
